Culture Collection of Tropical Cyanobacteria is a collection at the Department of Botany, Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia, České Budějovice, Czech Republic.
It includes approximately 300 different living or cryopreserved cyanobacterial strains of from tropical non-marine biotopes, most of the strains in the CCTC derive from terrestrial habitats. Strains are unialgal, not axenic.
